SPRING IS HERE!

Short skirts! Halter tops! Thank you Muggle fashion for creating things a Grecian Witch can wear. How the rest of the world exists with so many clothes smothering their bodies, I have no clue.

Anyway, I'm back from Easter Break and this lovely journal was waiting for me on my bed. I suspect Otogi. But now I have so much catching up to do! We can actually talk to strangers in Hogwarts!

Hello Hogwarts Strangers! I'm in Beauxbatons. How dreadfully cold is it where you are? How many layers of clothing are you wearing?

Glad to have you back, Hebe. You missed April Fool's Day, you poor girl. We took over the school, marched on the houses of Board Members and got arrested. It was great!

Arrested? You got arrested?! You can't get arrested just for Spring Madness, or just for being you. The ~~Areopagus~~ (What does France use? Did I totally fall asleep in History of Magic?) has got to have better things to do.

Does this mean you got MUGGLE ARRESTED?! Did they have uniforms? Were you put in gaol?? Did you have to bribe your way out? Was it scandalous?

Speaking of...

You'll see my skirts next time you sneak into my room demanding to be fed something chocolate. And I did bring back those creme filled chocolate glazed sweets you like. And a few other things too.

I got arrested by Muggle police, IN UNIFORMS, who put handcuffs on me and made me ride in one of their strange Muggle vehicles. Or rather, we did, since Remus was there too. Got to love his guts for being willing to come along -- I sent all the girls home, so he could've just gone with them.

And my guardian came and got me out! He might've bribed them. I don't know.

Personally, I think the Veela Squad helped more than my guardian did, since they're the reason that I wasn't properly arrested or treated too badly.

Creme-filled chocolate-glazed sweets? I am so there, Hebe. Keep your door unlocked. Or your window.

You know those part-Veela chicks that hang out with me? I've started calling them the Veela Squad because they're that useful.

And I had a semi-successful revolution in the school! Nearly got myself elected Headmaster and everything. Well, before I got tossed into jail, I mean.

You're probably thinking Remus and Romulus, Roman legend about the founders of Rome? Remus was the one who got killed by his brother; Romulus was the one who founded the city.

ΖΟΥΖΟΥΝΙ ΜΟΥ, I'm blonde, but I'm not that blonde! I do know a little of the history of my own area. I meant as someone you know, the name seemed oddly familiar. You do occasionally babble at me when you get high enough on chocolate.

Am I supposed to believe that you and the twin brother to the originator of Rome and the Roman Empire got arrested for being too pretty while rabble rousing?

Also - I need a title if you're calling your personal cheerleaders 'The Veela Squad'. If they get a title, I get a title.

I've a hard time believing you got elected Headmaster, Spring-Eyes. Did the Veela Squad arrange that as well? I as sure there were some people here with the sense to realize with you in charge we'd all descend into glorious chaos. And some here cannot manage chaos. They complain if lunch is three minutes late!

He's one of the people I've met over the journals and been talking about? Shy guy, likes books, hangs out with my pseudo-twin Sirius? Maybe that's the context you were thinking about.

He's not as pretty as I am! ~~Or pretty at all, actually.~~ But he's smart. And a good person.

Hm. Veela Squad & the Blonde Bombshell? Hurricane Blonde?

I didn't actually get elected Headmaster, but I campaigned for it. And we got a lot of signatures on our petition to have me elected Headmaster. And most importantly of all, we caused a LOT of chaos!

Remus is sort of cute in a shy way, I guess, but his focus is more on being the smartest and not standing out than on being so gorgeous that you can't look away from him. 	I'm Lily. Nice to meet you, Hebe. It does get a tad stifling in the warmer rooms, but most of the time all of those layers are needed. Though it does cause a stir when someone accidentally lights their arm on fire in Potions class. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)
